What makes me and my firm different?

I have practiced business and family immigration exclusively since 2004. I have over 17 years of experience in handling administrative cases in front of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Department of Labor and the U.S. Department of State. I have also handled cases in front of the federal Administrative Appeals Office (AAO), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), the Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals (BALCA), the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

I am Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization (TBLS) in Immigration and Nationality Law.

The TBLS was established by the Supreme Court of Texas. TLBS certifies attorneys that have substantial, relevant experience in select areas of law, who have completed continuing legal education hours in the specialty area, and who have passed a rigorous exam. According to TBLS, “Consumers and organizations get the highest quality of legal services when working with Board Certified lawyers.” There are over 106,000 licensed attorneys in Texas and less than 10% of licensed Texas attorneys have been issued these certificates of special competence.

I speak Spanish and my team members speak other languages such as Urdu, Hindi, German, and French.
